LOTV Christmas Card

Hi well I have been a bit quiet this week in my card making hoping to try and get a couple made this afternoon. I am keeping up with my excerises with the wii fit plus and if I keep on going the way I am I be very pleased.

I have recently found the LOTV website and I am so in love with their stamps after getting that gorgeous baby stamp I also got this gorgeous teddy with cracker stamp.

This card is 6 by 6 - coloured image in using pro-markers

Teddy I used tan, and cinamon and went gently over with the blender
His hat and for Cracker I used Berry Red and finished the stars in Gold.

I used snow glitter for the white on hat and finished with a few gems and glitter.

I am entering this card in snoflakes Christmas Card Challenge on docrafts

My sister's 40th Birthday Card

It was my sister's 40th Birthday yesterday and I made this little simple card for her she doesnt like to make a fuss but I think everyones birthdays are special. Using my Forever Friends stamp - colouring in using pro-markers Vanilla for the bear and Coral for his hat. I finished with the balloons my sister die cutted for me using glittered foam from the pound shop. The stars from one of the balloons I placed on his hat.

Baby Card

Hi all I am doing really well with my facebook addiction and getting back into the swing of my crafting. I am really enjoying stamping at the moment I have alot of images ready just to colour in with my pro-markers. I only get a couple hours of the day at the moment, but really worth it when I can just switch off and create.

This card I have made using LOTV baby stamp which I have coloured in using pro-markers pastel pink and rose pink. I also coloured the white lace down the left hand side with the rose pink pro-marker and finished with flowers and gems.

Wow I am on a role

Evening all. I have managed to sort a few of my crafting stuff out and organize a couple of my boxes phew hopefully I try and not be as messey - (I hope) found alot of stuff I lost.

Well I am on a role I have managed to make another card in such a short period of time Marc and Chloe are happy to play with toys or colour in pictures while I get on and craft.

Sticking with Christmas a bit I made this card for Snoflake Christmas Card Challenge (week 2). My sister treat herself to some Lili of the Valley stamps so whilst I was there at the weekend I stamped myself a couple of her images. I love the image of this cute little girl carrying the candle.

Hopefully get another card done by end of the week ....

Getting back in the swing of my crafts

Hi all - well Marc and Chloe went back to school on Tuesday. I miss them so much when they are not at home so I used the couple of hours that I have free on a morning while Chloe is at nursery to try and sort out some of my crafting. I ended up just moving things from place to another and not really making any progress.

However I have managed to find some papers and stamped images I did a while back and made the above fairy card - the image was free from a magazine and I coloured her in using pro-markers and finished with glitter on her wings. I have coloured the outer edges of scalloped circles with glittered purple gell pen and finished with the flowers and the words " Happy Birthday ". I am sorry as I done the fairy stamped image last year I cannot remember the exact colours of pro-markers I used.

Snoflake Christmas Card challenge week 1

Hi all Happy New Year. Well my first card for 2011 is still a Christmas theme. I found snoflake Christmas card challenge was great for keeping up with all them christmas cards.

So this year I have decided to concentrate a bit more on my crafting. Marc and Chloe are a little older and are able to help more which would be much more fun, than just making a mess with all my crafting goodies (which I know I have lots but still cannot afford just to waste - ha ha). I have set myself a goal to just a treat of one crafting goodie a month and therefore I cannot just buy for the sake of buying and starting trying to use a lot of what I have got. Also more of what I need.

Well the card - I managed to perusade the other half to buy me these great Christmas Patchwork stamps from QVC in their big clearance at the end of Christmas - and they are fab.

I have more images cut and ready to make some more cards using these stamps.

pro-markers used are:- baby blue (around the outline of bears)
China blue
