Ruby Anniversary Cards - LOTV - on commission

Hi all does time go too quick at times. I have been enjoying the summer holidays with my Marc and Chloe as John have no holidays this year we have just been going out here and there. A little holiday at Berwick caravan park. John has been getting on with the loft conversion which is coming along quite well once we make a start on the stairs most the of heavy work will be complete. I cannot wait and then start to try and sort out the house and my crafting area. Well I have been asked to make a couple of Ruby Anniversary cards. I have made these using LOTV stamps. (the person picked the stamps herself). Both cards are size 6 by 6 backing papers and embellishements are from stash. I have coloured my stamped images using pro-markers.

LOTV - Teacher's Thank you Card

Hi all we have made some good progress this weekend at clearing out so now John can finally get on with doing the loft. Hopefully this time next year everything is all sorted and I have a little craft room. It is also that time of year cannot believe another school year is nearly over. My little boy goes into year 3 (which is Junior school) so frightening how time is going so quick. I can understand why some people say enjoy the time while you can when they are young as our children are growing so fast. Well my card is one of the Thank you cards for the Teachers at school. I have used a LOTV stamp. size of card is 6 by 6 scallopped edge backing papers is from stash. LOTV stamped image coloured in using pro-markers and finished with glitter on flowers. Then finished card with ribbon and gems.

I have now started a Health and Social course on a Wednesday Chloe is nearly 5 so back to the world of work I need to go I think especially to help fund my crafting addiction. Managing to get a few orders for cards but I still am spending more on crafting goodies (which I know is not a good thing) but as I do not drink or smoke then why not it is what I enjoy. Well the first card I have made is size 6 by 6 using LOTV big Star stamped image (which was bought for my birthday present). Backing papers are from stash, stamped image is coloured in using pro-markers, then edge of hat and pom pom with glitter and I finished by distress in the edges of image with Tim Holtz distress ink - tea dye.
