Saturday 27th Feb

Here is a Beatrix Potter card I have made using the free download from Create and Craft. I have printed the image out on Centra Peal snow white A3 card (which gives a lovely shine effect on the print. After cutting everything out I placed the backing on the front of A5 Card and then cut off the excess to size of the backing. I then finished with the decoupaged image and finished with flowers and the words "Just For You". (Please note this card is available for sale check the cards for sale page).

Thursday 25th Feb - Made Bookatrix Mother's Day Card

Hi everyone I have spent over 2 hours making this Mother's Day Bookatrix card and box. I really enjoyed myself at the new challenge. Have to try a couple of more to the hang of things.

Marc is due in from school now so I think it is time unfortunately to put everything away. I going to see if I can get away with some die cutting.

Forever Friends handmade Stamped Image Card

I did this card as part of a Evelyn's Forever Friends Challenge at Docrafts - you had to use an aperture card - printed paper or stamp image - glitter, ribbon and a charm.

I used blue A5 aperture card, then a stamped Forever Friends image which I made up to 3d. I coloured my image with chalk. I then placed the same on blue holographic card size 7 by 6 and then on some printed paper in the centre of the aperture. I then finished the card with glitter on the hat, a ribbon at the bottom right hand corner, and a couple of die cut balloons (which I got from e-bay at poshangels2009) and the words Happy Birthday (the balloons were instead of charm as I have not got any).

QVC's Craft Day - yesterday

Yesterday was craft day all day on QVC and I got to watch a little and taped some - so hopefully get to watch later. The stuff I managed to watch, everything sold out so quickly - but alot of codes written down for as soon as I get a few pennies and when in stock. Mind I bet alot of crafters spent a fortune.

I normally make my gift tags for just Christmas but I have decided to try these Best Wishes for either everyday/or christmas - They are made from white card 200gms cut to size 7 by 10 and then folded in half. Using my die cut machine (I have a side kick and big shot) in which this fairy die fits both I made the fairies.

I managed to make a some cards today

Hi just to show you I have managed to make a couple of cards today. Here is one which is also for sale.

I first used some holographic white card (size A) and pieced the Christmas trees down the edge of both sides and stitched - after I placed the decoupage of these cute bears decorating the tree using foam pads so they stand out more. I then placed the same on green card (A4 card folded in half) and finished with ribbon down the side the words "Merry Christmas".
